I use the AMs for extra practice, for remedial work, and for enrichment. No student will do every page in the AM, and no teacher has time to reasonably assign everything to everyone. I find the AM is great to help keep advanced students occupied with actual math while other students are finishing up tests or quizzes. The history and problem solving pages are great to help students connect the content to other parts of life. Unfortunately, at this point I have found the Bible pages to be duds. They are good Bible content, but they're not at all related to the math we are working on. I'm hoping the new editions (6th and 7th just came out) will do better.
I have the same question. Is anyone using them there full potential?
