Hi, all! My name is Jenny, and I am a manager in the Educational Technology department. I am so sorry to hear you are having issues accessing TTO, and I apologize that what was recommended by tech support did not help. I would love to do what I can to help resolve this for you. We did do a major upgrade of the system over the Christmas holiday, but the system has been up and running throughout. From what I see, the last post on this thread was January 3. If you could update me on whether or not TTO is working for you at this point, that would be very helpful. You ....are sadly not alone. I too am having the same issues. I contacted TTO recieved and email promptly and they told me like others that they can see it on their end but that I just need to hit apply...After spending 2 + hours today trying to figure this out I moved one. I resigned to the fact I will be going in at 6 am to work on my lessons. Its all good...I just hope that they get this fixed soon. Please let us all know if you find the magic method!! I kept looking for a how to video that I might have missed on how to use the new updates but alas...I didn't find that either..I did have 3 power points show up once...and then dissappear..
After almost 4 weeks of not being able to access any information, speaking to tech services, and doing everything on my end to fix the error, I recieved an email from Tech support asking me to click on the "apply" button to see if that helps. Seriously. I cannot do my work without it. Is anyone else having any luck?

I spoke with tech on Thursday and they were not able to help me. She said "I can see it on my computer." I still cannot acess most of my materials on the resources tab. Very frustrating.
